We have two double ensuite room with king sized beds overlooking
Loch Lomond and one two bedded ensuite room overlooking Loch Lomond
Rates are fully inclusive of Bed and Breakfast and no taxes are
charged.

Terms & Conditions
- We regret we do not cater for children under 10 year old.
- We have a “no pet” policy in the house for the benefit of guests with allergies.
- Check in time is normally between 5-6pm unless otherwise requested
to allow us a few hours in the afternoon to go shopping or any
other errands we have to do. You can however request an earlier
check in time.
- Check out time is 10:30am
Cancellation
- If you have to cancel your stay, for whatever reason, then we would be grateful for as much notice as possible in order to try to relet the room.
- For cancellations with less than seven days notice, the whole amount of the booking will be due if we are unable to relet the room. In the event of a “no show” without notification, then the whole amount of the booking becomes due.
- We advise taking out travel insurance as soon as you start to book your holiday so that you are covered for all deposits and bookings you have made.
