Terms & Conditions

• We regret we do not cater for children under 10 year old.
• We have a “no pet” policy in the house for the benefit of guests with allergies.
• Check in time is normally between 5-6pm unless otherwise requested to allow us a few hours in the afternoon to go shopping or any other errands we have to do. You can however request an earlier check in time.
• Check out time is 10:30am

Cancellation

• If you have to cancel your stay, for whatever reason, then we would be grateful for as much notice as possible in order to try to relet the room.
• For cancellations with less than seven days notice, the whole amount of the booking  will be due if we are unable to relet the room.  In the event of a “no show” without notification, then the whole amount of the booking becomes due.
• We advise taking out travel insurance as soon as you start to book your holiday so that you are covered for all deposits and bookings you have made.
